What does “verified engagement” mean?+
Every number on this page comes from a CONFIRMED on-chain transaction or a published post record. Tips are real HBAR transfers with a transaction ID anyone can open on HashScan, Hedera’s independent block explorer. There are no derived “engagement scores”, no self-reported reach, and no impressions to inflate.
How is this different from influencer-marketing metrics?+
An estimated 15–30% of influencer marketing spend is lost to fraud — fake followers, bought impressions, screenshot reach. On iBird, the ledger is the metric: a brand or collaborator can verify every tip’s transaction and every post’s existence directly on-chain, without trusting a dashboard.
What do the numbers mean?+
Tips received: the sum of confirmed HBAR tips a creator has been paid. Distinct tippers: how many different wallets paid (repeat tips from one wallet count once — a simple anti-sybil signal). Post count: verified published posts. Every tip row links to its proof transaction on HashScan.
Can the numbers be faked?+
A tip only counts once its on-chain transfer is confirmed — faking it would require a real Hedera transaction that anyone can inspect. PENDING or failed transfers never appear here. The aggregates on this page are derived from the same ledger rows the fee engine settles, not a separate marketing database.
